Position Summary:

The Commercial Sales Account Manager, is responsible for driving new services growth for the company within an assigned territory and ensuring customer growth through distribution accounts. This person is the company ‘brand steward’, charged with telling the company story and clearly demonstrating that the company is the leader in its space. The Commercial Sales Account Manager, is responsible for securing profitable sales to national and regional accounts in the healthcare, hospitality, and education verticals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to current company policies, procedures, products, programs and services. Execute a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater revenue growth through our distribution network. Manage an active sales funnel of commercial prospects to obtain new logo accounts. Conduct lunch and learns with the architectural and engineering community to get product specified for future jobs. Follow up with prospects. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers’ issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.

Job Requirements


College degree preferred. High school degree or equivalent required.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a successful commercial sales representative with a technical product.
  • Experience calling in healthcare, hospitality and or education vertical preferred


Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record Ability to work a full time schedule available for 25% travel.
